How do I know what type of print I should order?

We print all of our designs on demand and ship them directly to you.  If you like wood, metal, acrylic, or other unique substrates, we have a solution for you.      

 

How long should it take to ship my order? 

We know how exciting it is to get a design, so we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Our talented decoration team makes all order right here in Littleton, Colorado.  Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed + shipping time.

 

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order please contact us right away. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify your order after it has been printed or shipped. 

 

Where do I enter my promo code?

If you have received a promo code you can enter it during checkout. Please make sure your promo code has been applied prior to submitting your order. 

   

How do I place a bulk order?

If you are wanting to place a bulk order or custom order, please email us at custom@christiangiftsformhim.com so we can prepare a quote just for you. 

 

With the current inventory shortages in the industry, will you substitute a different material when mine is out of stock?

We try to keep all of our materials in stock, however, these are unprecedented times.  There are nationwide inventory shortages that we are all fighting.  If for some reason your material is out of stock, we will always contact you before substituting with a different material.

    RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

    Can I return my custom print or design?

    Christian Gifts for Men is a small family owned business in Littleton, Colorado.  Each order is custom made especially for you.  You may return any design that has a material defect.  Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for other reasons.  If there is an issue, we ask that you please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order.  Thank you for your understanding.
